I live in an apartment building that frequently has pest problems and every single time these guys come to treat my apartment, they throw something. My unit was just treated for bedbugs and the guy that came over threw a lamp on the floor and busted the shade. Its one of those adjustable metal lamps that has a built in diffuser panel over the LEDs, so I cant just go buy another shade for it. Another time they were here, they threw an armchair over. Has been spraying my building for roaches for years. Spends under two minutes spraying a unit, doing a very poor job for all the work they make us do to prep. They put down pesticide but not growth inhibitior to keep them from breeding. They won't do a thing about the roaches in the walls or drains forcing a tenant to spend tens to hundreds of dollars for off the shelf roach treatments and traps. They always come back. Shawn is the BEST PEST MAN EVER!! He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and always arrives as promised. If he notices something he has made suggestions to prevent future pest problems as well. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!
Really impressed with Innovative Pest Control. They helped us with a hornet problem and, unfortunately, when the hornets were discovered in a 2nd location, Dave came back out promptly and took care of the problem ! Thank you!
I got great service right away and ongoing support to address the mice that had gotten into my house. We were able to take care of the issue without using any poison plus Sean, who is absolutely amazing. Gave me some mouse traps to keep in the event that I have any issues in the future.
