I was fortunate to meet him when I followed other physicians from a different clinic that was bad enough that most of the physicians left to join this practice. The doctor is great, but today is my last time coming here. Today the receptionist called me at work TEN TIMES in a row to get me to take an earlier appointment. I left work early (hourly employee) and had my daughter on standby to drive me home. It’s been more than an hour that we have been sitting here. The lobby is FULL of patients with appointments before me, and no one is moving quickly. I am beyond disappointed at the lack of professionalism that resulted in lost wages and feeling incredibly disrespected.The valley has... read more
Horrible communication with call backs and messages, and a rude front desk member. Most of the time phone isnt even answered. Don't feel well cared for at all. Love Dr. O but now he isn't there anymore.
