Great experience through the entire process. Staff is very friendly and explained everything so both my daughter and I could understand.
I am not one to write reviews so this speaks volumes. I am extremely pleased with my ortho experience at Innovative Orthodontics. Dr.Bills gave me a new beautiful smile that I always dreamed of. I felt zero judgment when I became a crazy patient and wanted to continue my care to slightly turn a tooth because it was bothering me. The whole staff from front desk to assistants to doctors were amazing, thorough, educational, and patient. I cant thank the team enough! Highly recommended!
My wife went here for Invisalign and had so many problems. They kept her money and her teeth are no straighter.
Was 15 min late for an appt due to weather and they wouldn't even consider letting us wait, ridiculous. We will not be coming back to get braces for our youngest after this is done. I should have updated this, but i did receive a call from the owner that day and we had a make-up appt within 3 days of our original appt above. That was the type of customer service we were use to. And as a result we now have our daughter in braces here at IO!!!
