My wife went here for Invisalign and had so many problems. They kept her money and her teeth are no straighter.
Was 15 min late for an appt due to weather and they wouldn't even consider letting us wait, ridiculous. We will not be coming back to get braces for our youngest after this is done. I should have updated this, but i did receive a call from the owner that day and we had a make-up appt within 3 days of our original appt above. That was the type of customer service we were use to. And as a result we now have our daughter in braces here at IO!!!
Amazing experience with all of the staff at Innovative. A special heart-felt thank you to Dr. Bills for helping make my aligners the least of my worries while navigating through a life situation. They worked with me, my schedule and my concerns every step of the way! Thank you… all the way from Canada! :)
