I worked here for 10 years and 4 months and 1.5 years through the agency just to be treated like an animal. I tried to be professional giving my 2 weeks noticed to Rich the Human Resources personnel just for him to tell me to leave rather than complete the 2 weeks leaving my department stranded. It’s very sad to see how this company does not value any worker and I would not recommend anyone to work here. This place is absolutely unorganized and horrible. There is OPEN FAVORITISM shown to Spanish speaking employees by Spanish speaking management. I was just harassed for an entire week by Eileen and then fired because I stood up to her. My work was fine, my attendance was fine. She had it in for me for a week because she had to cover me on the assembly line while I was in the bathroom. I will be contacting a lawyer for wrongful termination.
