Have been trying to call this store for 3 whole days! Unfortunately, there is no option to speak with a "real live" person. After going through several channels, I was directed to hit zero to speak with operator. The phone then continues to ring, (after already being placed on hold for over ten minutes) Then, another recording to say "the operator is not available at this time". I only needed to ask a very general question in reference to merchandise I needed to purchase. Very frustrating to say the least. Too bad for them..... read more
