Had an appointment for 3 pm and arrived on time. I sat there for an hour while people who came in after me got waited on. I was basically invisible. They seem to be rather disorganized and obviously don't have a good system to ensure customers get waited on promptly. I understand some patients may need immediate care but that was not the case in my experience. Won't use them again.
