5 issues: 1) they recommended a replacement product for a boat light they no longer manufacture or service, and their replacement didn’t fit. 2) it was expensive. They charged me $160, and the solution I ended with on amazon was $50. 3) I spent $160 and they didn’t even supply 3 installation screws for the light. 4) after it didn’t work they would accept a return, but I was liable for shipping (annoying but not absurd) 5) they would charge me a 15% restocking fee once they received my return (is absurd).
