This is unfortunate. The samples of the lighting they put together seemed great. We tried to contact Carolyn on several occasions. Each time took several weeks before a response was received and then it was with some elaborate reasoning as to why it was delayed. We gave everyone the benefit of the doubt and thought we had resolved the communication error. Then we just didn't hear anything else despite over a month of follow ups. It's truly disheartening. We had high hopes.

The effects of COVID 19 to the events industry is devastating and has dramatically impacted the way I am able to run my businesses. To that extent, I was not as organized as I should have been when you reached out and that we never could reach that next step with the planning process. Thank you for your input.
