This is our second year hiring innovative lawn solutions. Their service has gone down tremendously since last year. We have weeds, crab grass and creeping charlie all over the lawn. My husband called Monday July 21st and they said they'd send someone out in the next couple days to treat the weeds.. He called back today July 29th and left a message with this companys answering service and we have yet to get service or hear back from them. I’ve been using Innovative Home And Outdoor Solutions for my lawn care, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re professional, reliable, and truly care about the quality of their work. My lawn has never looked better. green, healthy, and perfectly maintained. The team always shows up on time, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks great before they leave. They also did my landscaping, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this business!!

I talked to one of the rudest people I have ever met . I kept getting cut off when trying to explain how bad my service was last year.i have asked to have a copy(paper) of what has been done so far to pay because of email link does not work. Instead of owner calling per request. Very poor customer service!!

Watched this company on my neighbors lawn last year and decided to use them on my lawn. Very consistent and professional on applications. Looking forward to the summer.

I knew I had the right people when they took time and answered all my questions! They take my lawn care as seriously as I do! If I need something extra, they are right there to meet our needs. Their approach to the mix of seed alone is serious turf management, not to mention the natural garlic spray for mosquitoes! Looked for years for a company that could take my lawn to the next level. Glad I found them!
