Jim is amazing. Really cares about what he does and (if you want) takes the time to explain it to you. Down to using the right nozzles to maximize the use of water (i.e. reduce wasted water). He adjusted my pressure reducing system to just the right level to maximize pressure without pipe hammering. He really knows his stuff and is far better than the larger companies, where the staff often don't care about the job they are doing. I 100% recommend Innovative Irrigation.
