From start to finish everything was great. They insulated my mother in law’s house in Palos Park and did a great job.

We were left in a bit of a pickle after using another company to apply spray foam insulation but didn't apply the specialized fire retardant paint required by code for our storage area. As a commercial product, it is not possible for a consumer to buy just a small amount. Innovative Insualtion Solutions are the best. They sprayed closed cell foam in our open attic spaces. Communication prior to the project beginning from the office regarding timing and how the job would go was excellent. The crew sent over to my home were even better. They communicated well, showed up on time each day and were respectful of my home...three things that I, as a small business owner, can really appreciate. Great communication, easy scheduling, fair pricing. Richard was great to work with and his team was friendly, clean, and efficient. We got 3 quotes for insulation and thIs was by far the most reasonable. We saw the difference in our energy needs almost immediately - we would keep the thermostat at 73 and our bedroom upstairs would not get warmer than 68.
