I cannot recommend Donna Kemper highly enough. My young son was experiencing intrusive thoughts and nighttime fear. After one session, his confidence has returned and he has tools that enable him to sleep peacefully without the heartbreaking anxiety. I have also seen Donna in the past, the shifts have been remarkable. Donna combines expertise with deep compassion, making the experience supportive and empowering. She is truly gifted.

I reached out to Donna because I was experiencing severe anxiety and unexplained panic attacks. After only my first session, I felt a tremendous sense of relief and left the session with confidence as well as strategies to deal with my anxiety. Donna brings her unique gentle spirit to all she does. My sense of wellbeing grows with every word, touch or motion of energy. I have been blessed to have her in my world.
