Innovative HVAC was the first of many businesses I called that called me back. I called well after business hours on a Friday evening. I spoke to a real person!! The technician arrived an hour later. Ram was overwhelming kind & patient with me. He easily diagnosed the problem on site and clearly explained the problem & options I had. The kindness, professionalism and knowledge he had was extremely impressive. We have added Innovative HVAC to our list of reliable trade companies to call if /when a HVAC issue arrives. I will r... read more

Highly recommend Innovate HVAC. My system stopped working just before the holiday weekend. I came across this company and based on prior reviews I reached out. Ram stopped by same day within a few hours. I greatly appreciated the honesty, education, and the quick repair. System was back up and running in no time. We will definitely use their services in the future.

I had a great experience with Innovative HVAC. My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days, and Rem came out later that evening to get everything working again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly, fixed the issue, and had my AC running again in no time. What I appreciated most was his honesty. Rem didn't try to upsell me or recommend unnecessary repairs. He fixed exactly what was needed at a fair price. It's hard to find companies that are responsive an... read more

Ram is excellent! My a/c stopped working last night, there was hot air coming out of the vents and the fan blade in the unit outside wasn’t spinning. I called Innovative hvac this morning and they were able to send someone within a few hours. Ram called and said he was able to come even earlier. He found the issue immediately and thankfully had the part needed to fix my unit. It’s nice and cool in my home again and I’m so grateful. I’ll only be using Innovative HVAC from now on.
