I had an excellent experience with Innovative HVAC Inc. Ram came out today, July 5th, during a holiday weekend, to service my AC condensate water pump. I was extremely grateful for the prompt response, especially over a busy holiday weekend. Ram was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Ram showed up on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend in less than an hour! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought I might need to replace the unit and he assured me it will be good for at least another 5 years and that he wouldn’t ever sell a customer something they don’t need. On the 3rd of July my AC is not working and its 90 degrees inside. Being the holiday weekend, I was concerned I would have to wait until Monday. Called several places and no luck. Innovative HVAC Inc. answered immediately and told us someone would be here by 4-5pm. They gave me a text update when the tech was minutes away.
