Installed the wrong dimension of gas line to my home; was well documented that 1 inch line was requested, to code, and paid for. They installed 3/4 inch and would not stand by their work. Insisted that we pay for them to modify. Were unpleasant during the exchange. They took a calculated risk that we would eventually hire someone else to repair their work. Disappointing.
I have used Innovative Home Solutions multiple times to service my furnace at my rental property and they cleaned my air ducts at my primary residence. When my furnance went out they immediately was able to accommodate andschedule someone immediately They are very professional, timely and courteous. They took extra precautions not to scratch any walls and floors as they cleaned all air ducts. I highly recommend using this company for your heating needs. They are very knowledgeable!
This guy was in the fast lane on his cell phone texting doing 50 mph. Do you really want this type of person in your home working on your house? He can't even drive right.......
