We recently moved into our home which has a large walkway covered in Spanish Tile. The tiles are nearly 40 years old and were heavily water stained to the point we though about replacing the. Our contractor recommended Hector and his family, who came out and fully restored them to a near new look. The benefit is we get to keep the historic looking tile which we love so much, thanks to Innovative Home Services.

Did restore my bedroom ceramic tile's damaged grouts and replaced base board ,also fixed the chipped ceramic tiles .Good quality and professional workmanship I will recommend them !

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would rate this company and its owner. We hired Hector Castillo, owner of Innovative Home Services, to remove the baseboards and the laminate and tile flooring in preparation for new flooring being installed. While his wife and daughter, who work with him are very friendly and courteous, Hector is condescending and dismissive.
