After removing carpet to reveal original 120 year old flooring, it was clear refinishing was not an option. Juan and his team delivered and expertly installed hardwood red oak flooring with attention to detail. The result is stunning! Do not hesitate to call. Recently, the Innovative Home Improvement team repointed our brick steps after carefully removing old mortar and replacing it with new and sealing it. Perfect!

Juan and team did a phenomenal job. We had an unfinished basement we just used for storage and laundry. We wanted to get it finished for extra space in the house and for a good playroom for my daughters. Updated the laundry room and utility closets in there too. Overall Juan and team were great to work with. Kept an open line of communication throughout and helped us with ideas on materials. Overall excellent job!
Juan and his team saved me after being ghosted during our kitchen renovation, finishing everything that was left incomplete! Our backsplash is my favorite part! Ricardo and Arturo are incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking, often burning the midnight oil. This group is highly professional, friendly, and transparent.
