We replaced a Bilco door that was 70+ years old. It was a big job, requiring masonry work as well. Once the old door was removed, there were surprises, and Juan had to do a lot of work that wasn’t expected. It was truly a specialty job that required creativity and skill. Juan stuck to his original estimate, even though the job ended up being more complicated and time-consuming. We very much appreciate that he is a man of his word. Innovative Home Improvement combines expertise and honesty, and we recommend them highly.

After removing carpet to reveal original 120 year old flooring, it was clear refinishing was not an option. Juan and his team delivered and expertly installed hardwood red oak flooring with attention to detail. The result is stunning! Do not hesitate to call. Recently, the Innovative Home Improvement team repointed our brick steps after carefully removing old mortar and replacing it with new and sealing it. Perfect!
