It was very easy working with Paul and his team. The process for window installation was clearly explained in an efficient manner without an unnecessary sales pitch. The installation was completed in one day and the windows look great.
We had an original sliding glass door from the 1980’s being held together by duct tape and a prayer replaced. When the frame was pulled out there was a 1.5inch open gap under the door frame that was exposed. The team filled it with insulation foam and sealed it before installing our new door. We no longer have an air leak in that are or our home and their is a significantly noticeable difference in the door quality. We are happy with the work performed and plan to have our other slider door replaced when feasible.
We replaced all of our windows with Paul and IHI. Their pricing was terrific and the install took less than a day. Paul provided straightforward, factual info with no high-pressure sales tactics. highly recommend.
Order process was clean and efficient. Initial measuring was ok but window delivery was a little slower than expected. Finance arrangements was great with a low down payment and simple card process. All parties were professional and answered any & all questions regarding the install. The install team was prompt and completed the install and cleanup efficiently. The 4 star rateing because the finished job is what matters at the end of the day.
