IHI personnel were careful and cleaned up after themselves. The estimate was reasonable, and I was pleased with the work.
Overall, a great job by a pleasant installation team that worked continuously and cleaned up. Knew what they were doing. The work was very smoothly completed.
The finished work looked rushed and unprofessional—crooked tile, uneven floors, and visible seams in drywall. I expected quality and got amateur results. Regret hiring them.
Once the job started, it was nearly impossible to get updates. I had to constantly reach out to figure out what was going on. Felt like I was managing the project myself.
