Used this company 3 times already. Each encounter has been great. They replaced windows on two houses for me and other exterior work. Prices are reasonable compared to other companies that I've contacted. I definitely recommend Innovative Home Improvements.
Paul and his crew are all fantastic. We got all of our windows replaced with Fortis windows today. They are beautiful inside and out. It is SO quiet in my house now! We recently had all the siding on our house redone, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Paul and his team were very professional, efficient, and clearly committed to quality. From the initial consultation to the final work, everything was handled with care and attention to detail and patience. IHI did a great job replacing 26 windows and adding 3 new twin windows (total 32). From the initial visit with the owner to the install team to the final walkthrough (with the owner), it was a great experience. Their install team was punctual, polite and cordial, and most importantly, they clearly knew what they were doing and cleaned up well.
