Got a heat pump years ago that never heated.. after many checks from the company one person suggested that it should have been larger, but the powers that be said NO....fast forward I am told now that the machine was not big enough... MACHINE STILL UNDER WARRANTY and that I should have a new bigger machine but it would only happen at my expense NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED....if you decide to get one make sure the warranty will cover something that they should have dealt with long ago.
I had purchased the extended warranty. My heat pump motor was defective. Owner Mike showed up and fixed the issue and cleaned everything. So polite, so professional. I have to say that he went above and beyond.
We have had great service . Shelley is so helpful. Quick to respond. Ryan the technician that came to clean out heat pump was also top notch ! The customer service at the store is always helpful. Friendly staff . Thank you so much for your great service .
Very fast service, several businesses turned me away because I wasn't already a customer but Innovative came the next day to clean my heat pumps. Staff was great as well. Thank you Innovative!
