I called for an appointment to get a tech to come give a quote on removal of industrial AC unit. never called or showed up. I called again and they rescheduled and once again, never showed up.

Carter, our technician was excellent. He notified us that he would arrive in 30 minutes so we did not need to stay home all morning or afternoon like other repair companies do. Carter was polite, quickly diagnosed the problem and fortunately had the parts to do the repair Carter did a great job. Thanks

Good day, yesterday, (12 Jan 2026) our heat pump was repaired by Carter. Carter arrived on time and identified himself. He was invited in and immediately removed his boots which was appreciated. He was shown the heat pump and quickly identified the problem and told us that he had the parts in his truck and could fix it. Carter completed the repairs, confirmed that we were happy, cleaned up, and left. Carter was pleasant, efficient and professional. Well done Carter. Paul Nielsen

I had Innovative Heating and Air Solutions service my LG Heat pump. They were very efficient and quickly determined that my fan needed to be replaced. They quickly replaced the part and it now runs better than ever. The technician was excellent. I highly recommend this company.
