A100% Qualified Professional! Jennifer worked on my wife's hearing aids, she reset and restored the aids that no one else in the area (including in Cleveland) were able to do. These were only a generation old, still supported by the company, not old or dated. Jennifer is amazing! I’m new to the area and my hearing aids weren’t working correctly. She is incredibly patient, and put a lot of time and effort into troubleshooting the problem. She solved it, and my hearing aids are better than they have ever been. I will definitely be back!
Going to see Jennifer is like visiting a good friend who just happens to be highly skilled in their profession. I have relied on her for years and appreciate all she does for me and my poor hearing I recommend her highly as both a professional and a extremely pleasant person
Always a great experience with Jennifer! Great place and I highly recommend them.
