Not being retired, I don't have all the time in the world. I will admit, saw Dr. Lee very quickly. Sadly, after a 40 minute wait for a hearing test, I had move on with my tasks for the day.
I brought my mom here because the hearing aids that she had were just not working well at all and the people where she had bought them a few years ago were not helpful at all. The staff at Innovative Hearing Solutions have simply been wonderful. My mom was retested and then provided with her options. Now she has new hearing aids that are working beautifully. Having these new hearing aids has truly been life changing for my mom who had very frustrated and upset. Now my mom is so happy and ready to go out and have conversation... read more
Rude , inconsistent, do not keep their word , refused to correct big mistakes in letters, do not return phone calls when promised, falsely blame the patient , do not appreciate the patients' efforts (& patient's Union's efforts) to help w/ Insurance discount programs / patient did all the research on problems affiliated w/ hearing loss herself & was never thanked for sharing this with them by letter & by fax - I paid for those faxes, Xeroxes & US Mail!
