Juliet was very informative and friendly. She showed me the hearing aids that she thought would be the best for me and is getting them back quickly. I would recommend Innovative Hearing.
The young lady was very polite and professional. She gave me far more valuable information than I received when visiting at Sutter
Juliet is very nice..very respectful.. very patient and has the good qualities of dealing with an elder like me.. you can feel she wants me to understand everything there is about the hearing aid and never felt like she wants to end visit right away and get me out of the room .. like her very much
I had a very positive experience with Juliett. She was very patient and thorough with her explanations. She worked with me very patiently answering my questions/concerns, giving me many options. Great sense of humor also made me very comfortable.
