I went to see an audiologist (Cherokee) to fix one of my hearing aids. She was knowledgeable, kind, and fast to fix the issue and answered all my questions.
She was fast but did everything needed.
Cherokee is fantastic at what she does for clients!!! She cares about people ❤️
I have tried calling 2 days in a row and have been on hold for 20 minutes each time and then it will hang up on me. I have tried selecting for someone to call me back and no one has. I really need to schedule an appointment to get my hearing aid adjusted - I would choose another place but I can't because I bought my hearing aid from Innovations. I do not understand why no one is answering the phone!!! I am still needing assistance but no one will answer my call for me to even book an appointment.
