Start with learning about the different types/styles of hearing aids. Made the choice of hearing aids behind the ear and then learning about taking care of the hearing aids. Learned how to wear the hearing aids. The technician, Dustin Burrell was very knowledgeable, a good listener and patient. I am still in the 60 day period and will have my 1st appointment. Stay tuned.
My mother received services from the Innovative Hearing locations in Columbia and Silver Spring, Maryland. Dustin is the employee that we deal with. He is thorough, patient, and willing to answer all of our questions. Innovative Hearing provided a temporary pair of hearing aids when we had an issue with the permanent ones that needed to be repaired. Overall, we are pleased with Innovative Hearing.
Although my wait time was a longer than expected, the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful
