If I can do this, anyone can. Diabetes isn't a death sentence! I've been focused on my exercise and just trying to keep it consistent by doing something everyday, Lefting and stretching, maybe a little hiking or pickleball or just going to the gym. I've been cutting back what I've been eating as far as carbs and not drinking any more Dr Pepper at all.
