If I can do this, anyone can. Diabetes isn't a death sentence! I've been focused on my exercise and just trying to keep it consistent by doing something everyday, Lefting and stretching, maybe a little hiking or pickleball or just going to the gym. I love the staff here. They are always so nice. It's a very clean and organized office. Karen is great! She explains everything to me and treats me holistically instead of just prescribing medicines. She uses supplements before prescribing medications, which is huge for me because I'm tired of taking all these prescription medications and never getting better. Since I've started seeing Karen, I can definitely tell a difference with my health and it's all getting better.
