Stay away from this company. They give wrong information over the phone. They took my FSA during the pandemic and kept it. They don't even have the decency to inform you or send a letter. Very bad !

I had an unbelievable experience in regards to my COBRA - HRA. I was paying in excess of $300 per month into the plan. No one could tell me where MY money was being held, or how to get reimbursed. Until, I finally spoke with Laura. Finally!!!!! I actually got answers! And, this was not really her area of responsibility. She went way out of her way and finally resolved this two month , six agencies debacle! Thank you Laura
