Great gym with tons of equipment and tons of services would recommend!
Lots of racks, hip thrust machine, deadlift specific space and loading tool. Great people and good combo of gym+ recovery services
Great small gym! Has everything that I need plus wellness services which I love! The red ight therapy and infrared sauna is great! Even though the gym is small, it never really gets crowded. Everyone is quiet and respectful. The staff are super friendly: Everything is high quality and professional. Definitely worth the membership :)
Great gym with practically every piece of gym equipment you could want. Pricing and billing is transparent. It can be tight to maneuver through the gym sometimes due to the amount of equipment, but that also means it's easy to find something to do no matter how busy the gym gets. Highly recommend!
I've been coming here now for around a year or so and it is one of Seattle's best kept secrets. I use the gym, red light bed, infrared sauna, and cryotherapy chamber quite regularly and the pricing cannot be beat. It's also very high quality equipment (a big deal as I've done red light at a suntan place with zero results).
