This is all based on my OPINION and SELF EVENTS I went through. I Would have gave 5 stars for the first couple months, it was hands down the best clinic I’ve been too. The staff are nice, the doctors were understandable. Now 6 months in, with MRI results specifying my nerve damage. I recently moved from down south and was super nervous to find a health care provider that genuinely listened to me and would provide adequate care. I can confidently say that Lisa listened to me and was wonderful! She was open to offer me any blood draws or exams as well as any further testing and got me scheduled quickly for my next appointment! The best clinical care in Mckenzie County.
Most Dr’s office give you a 15 minute grace period. Not Innovative Health. I’m in a wheelchair and literally rolled into the office 10 minutes late and they would not take my daughter in for a simple routine check up. Also keep in mind the receptionist sat out there, watching me assemble my wheelchair while my daughters dancing around the car and could not inform me that I was they weren’t going to see me. If you have ever been late to an appointment, I Highly recommend NOT going to Innovative Health!!
