I think it's disgusting when a medical facility would reject someone for care. HAVING insurance at that! After numerous calls, making several trips to their office in the damn rain with an infected foot and being told by my insurance company several times that YES they can treat me, I was denied!!!! "Sorry but go to the emergency room". Really?! After your staff spoke directly to the insurance company and was told what to do?????
