I'm a recent client of about 2 months and I'm very pleased with IF and my coach, Adam. He's very knowledgeable with his exercises and techniques and displays genuine care and interest in my goals. Session by session, there is an obvious plan in place to get me there. They're also rather accommodating to my busy schedule. I definitely recommend IF and Adam to anyone who is serious about achieving a personal health goal.

I've attended about 10 of the Social Sweat classes at this gym and have really enjoy them compared to other HIIT classes in town. Special shoutout to the instructor Brendan M who is personable, encouraging, always smiling, and brings the heat with his playlists.

This place and the trainers are worth the price! Never been consistent with fitness, have been training 2 hours a week for 3.5 months straight. I am impressed on how little I think about the actual exercise and just focus on doing it! The trainers push you to achieve your goals, all I have to do it show up and do the things they say till I drop dead. Small intimate gym that's always been very quiet when I've been in the evenings. I love the Social Sweat circuit training which I access through ClassPass. Incredibly clean bathroom and gym floor, equipment in really good condition and showers look spotless. They really put the thought into everything, the women's bathroom has free hair ties, hair dryer, hair straightener and curlers as well as body oils and hairspray. Staff are really friendly and attentive during workouts.
