I have been seeing Dr. Randall since he opened this practice. From the minute I walked in the building I was welcomed with open arms, I was "home". When I started seeing Dr. Randall I was not able to move my neck and my back was so sore and stiff. I am now able to move my neck and my back is much better. I have been a patient of Dr Randall since January 2020. From my very first visit I have been impressed with Dr. Randall and his staff. Their level of knowledge and professionalism is first rate. Dr. Randall has a great "bed side" manner that makes it easy to be able to express any questions I have had regarding treatment. He billed my insurance for a mold allergy test he wanted to give me, not the mold exposure test requested. Lied and miss-billed my insurance, leaving me with hundreds of dollars in medical bills. He's fake and has the worst bedside manner. Will only make your life worse and not help your health. This office is committing insurance fraud. Just had my first visit with Dr. Randall and I am very impressed. As a healthcare professional I am a little picky about my providers, and this visit was everything I have wanted in a primary care and more. Dr. Randall takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them. There is a great balance of holistic and more traditional care. I appreciate the emphasis on prevention as well. Very happy I found this office and Dr. Randall!
