Dr Copeland is very thorough and listens to her patients. In addition, her staff is full of attentive and caring people. She and they have helped enormously with my eye conditions.
Extremely clean office, kind and knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Copeland is polite, caring and detailed. The location is perfect for Mattawan, Portage and Kalamazoo!!! I like how easy it is to make appointments and communicate with the practice.
The ladies at Innovative Eye Care were amazing! They have a very good selection of frames. We specifically went there for the Shaw lens and had a wonderful experience with ordering our glasses and contacts.
I am very happy with Dr. Alexandra Copeland and her staff. I have been dealing with severe dry eye for years. I found Innovative Eye Care a little over a year ago, when I moved to the area. Dr. Copeland started treating my dry eye with basic dry eye therapies.
