Easy as can be to make the appointment, everyone was very nice, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended.
I was recommended this endodontist from a family member, and all I can say is they did not disappoint!! I have so much trauma from prior dentists and endodontists that I was extremely nervous, however Dr Benson did a phenomenal job and kept me so comfortable! He was so personable and amazing at his job. In my past experience, I had to get numbed straight into the infected pulp (which is not fun) but he numbed me up so well that we were able to avoid that. This place is amazing. Needed an emergency root canal & they got me a super fast appointment. They really had great customer service & the staff is wonderful, capable, and confident. Seriously highly recommend.
[Original review] I was referred to Innovative Endodontics due to an excruciatingly painful tooth, and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment immediately. Everyone I interacted with there was super friendly and compassionate, and Dr. Lisien was fantastic. He determined I needed a root canal and was able to do it at that same appointment, and the procedure went really well. I had my first dental procedure yesterday, a root canal. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there. The front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, even though I was not in the best of moods. Dr. Michael and Maria were the BEST. Both were extremely competent, thoughtful, careful to explain everything I could expect and sensitive to my pain level and fear.
