Had been looking for a couple of excellent quality camping chairs as the current chairs have become unusable through (20+) years of camping everywhere California. Innovative Earth Products was on top of the list after thorough research. Visited shop and bought a couple camping chairs about a month or so ago. The fishing chair is really great. It is well made and works as advertised on the banks of a lake or river. We even took it to an outdoor concert and everyone asked where to get one. I purchased the extra long extra wide heavy duty Camp cot a year ago in July. I use the item three times and on the third time the middle leg collapsed and the cot is no longer viable. I have called 3 times with no response and left a message each time. I have emailed three times regarding their warranty and return policy with no response. I have submitted twice a warranty request for return and replacement with no response.
