John and his team did a wonderful job on design and implementation. Ours was a large project and looks great! However, reliance on the 1 yr plant/tree replacement has not happened. I notified John of a dead tree and approximately a dozen dead plants well before a yr (about 9 months) and was assured the warranty would be honored. After months of emails and texts (mostly unanswered), this replacement has not been done. That is our only grievance. Otherwise, the project was well designed and executed.
Great people to work with! They listened and did exactly what we wanted, and also made some amazing design decisions! We got many quotes and John and his guys were the best price for what we wanted and worked with our budget.
