I had my first Dental appointment this morning. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. I’m extremely satisfied by the great care provided by Ashley the Dental Hygienist. I’m glad to have established care at this Dental Clinic. Thank you for such a great visit.
The doctor who administers pain shots is really a liability for this company. I came in with clear erosion on my teeth near the molar (exposed nerve endings), and was basicly asking if I could get a referral for gum grafts or fillings. This man said "We don't suggest gum grafts for young adults, and fillings would make it so I couldn't get them later in life". What he was really saying was "we won't be able to make a commission on this as a sale, so you can just suffer". He tried selling me some perscription strength numbing... read more
Innovative Dentistry is simply the best clinic in Seattle! Casey is an amazing hygienist and does a fantastic job (I sometimes fall asleep in the chair as she has a light touch). Dr Payne (not pain) is one of the friendliest dentists around, and doesn't sugar coat anything (pun intended). It sucks that I'm moving out of state, as it'll be hard to find another clinic of this caliber.
Always reliable, patient, and professional. I never had a reason to look for anyone else--and I've been with them for 12 years or so...
Innovative Dentistry is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to! Casey is the best—always so friendly, professional, and makes every visit a great experience. The receptionists are quick, accommodating, and make scheduling so easy. I can’t recommend this dentist office enough! If you’re looking for top-notch care with a welcoming team, this is the place to go.
