Dr. Maitri Patel was exceptional. She explained what could be done and how. Then we did the work. She is very precise and knowledgeable. She made sure every step was done perfectly and as painless as possible. Her attention to detail was awesome. I got an upper bridge and 2 lower implants. They breached contract with my provider. After I paid $132, they tried billing me $117 more. When I asked for an explanation, they sent me this random paper that randomly states $117 from thin air. In my EOB bill it states that all I had to pay was $102... so they had to reimburse me the $30 | overpaid ($132-$102). They sent me a "an explanation" of the $117 I owe and the math is not correct at all. My insurance agent told me not to pay anything and to change dentist because they cannot bill me that way.
