Shame on me for using them again after all there screw ups. There lated to every drop off, if they even show up. Its obvious they have poor management and lack of follow through.
I'd never recommend this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service is a joke. You can have a job scheduled with them and they won't show up and they don't even bother to call. They will lie to you and say they called, but never did. They have been "no shows" on a few of our big commercial jobs and even small jobs, but we gave them chance after chance. We receive excellent customer service ! we use ICA for all of our jobs because of their service and they will assist us in emergency situations as well. Their staff is always easy to work with and will follow up with us on all request.
