We had to fire this company and bring in someone else because they couldn't complete our remodeling project on time (they hired unlicensed subcontractors, and day laborers who showed up to our home smelling of alcohol and stumbling around our kids drunk). John kept feeding us lies to string us along. We ended up having Thanksgiving Day dinner (the project was supposed to be completed in mid October) on a plywood sub floor at 56 degrees with no insulation.
