We were very impressed with the whole process. From Joseph coming out and and giving us an estimate. He explained the timeline on how long permits would take. Less then 2 weeks later the Dumpster arrives on a Saturday and They arrived at 8 am on Monday ready to roll. My roof was in desperate need of repairs. They ripped it down to the plywood. I can’t say enough good things about Innovative Contracting LLC & Innovative Roofing. They truly saved me during one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever faced as a homeowner. Here’s the backstory: I bought a house, and both the inspector and mortgage inspector cleared the roof. It looked fine and was only 13 years old. But right after closing, State Farm (my homeowners insurance) suddenly dropped my coverage, claiming the roof wasn’t acceptable. Joe and his team did an amazing job replacing my deck. Tearing down the old deck and installing the new one only took 3 days! Joe was on top of every detail big to small. My wife and I are so happy with how everything came out. Joe's wife Liz was amazing with dealing with our HOA.
