Innovative contracting and roofing is a very reputable company. They completely tore off my roof, replaced all necessary plywood and installed a new roof all in one day. Joseph and Elizabeth kept me informed throughout the entire process. Joseph arrived timely to provide a quote. Discussed the process with me so I would know what to expect. Honest and would frequently update me
We had ice damming at our Pocono house that caused water to leak into our kitchen late Saturday night. Innovative Contracting and Roofing LLC came out first thing Sunday morning and were fantastic to work with. They quickly cleared the ice dam and removed the snow from our roof, stopping the issue before it got worse. They were responsive, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Big shout out to Joseph Zellmann and his team at Innovative Contracting and Roofing. They came out same day to remove the snow and ice dam on my roof while I was sick in bed. They finished the job in less time than what they had originally projected, provided a video of the completed project, and even gave me advice on preventing this from happening in the future. They were unbelievably courteous and professional and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
