We were a little hesitant hiring a company with all five-star reviews. Yeah, right. But here we are, giving them another one. This was a complicated project to remove a deck and add an indoor/ outdoor living space with a very creative upper and lower roof structure that prevented blocking the light into our living room. We hired Innovative Design + Build for a renovation project, but the quality of work was subpar. The team seemed disorganized, and there were several mistakes that needed to be fixed after completion. The price was higher than expected, and we felt overcharged for the work done. Not our top choice for future projects.
Unfortunately, our experience with Innovative Design + Build was disappointing. They promised a lot, but the final product didn't meet our expectations. The communication was poor, and the project took longer than anticipated. We wouldn't recommend them to others without some reservations.
