I purchased a home from Innovative. Ryan Perry - Innovative Construction - great builder, solid quality and great customer service. I have purchased 7 homes over my life and this home was the easiest by far. Not sure about the past; however, the market downturn hurt many. I stand behind Ryan Perry and Innovative and would recommend them to anyone.
Ryan Perry building homes under any name -- Perry Builder, ICG, Innovative Construction Group, or whatever -- still can't be trusted based on my dealings with him. He built our house 7 years ago and it wasn't even water tight...we get a new leak every few months b/c the roofing was done so poorly that there's no telling where the next one will come from.
