We contacted ICS Innovative Communication Solutions when our Ubiquiti router failed. After purchasing a replacement, Alex quickly got it up and running. When discussing our needs, they also took the time to ask about our future goals. This allowed them to recommend equipment that wouldn’t need replacing down the line, but could instead be expanded upon as our system grows. I’m so impressed with this company that I’d like to copy their model. They have the tools in place to solve all our IT issues and their staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Did I mention how nice they are? Highly recommended!
