Called main line, male answering didn't identify company name. He was barely audible. Strange vibe. Called back and he gave me an alternate number to send text message with details of our needs for customization. Sent multiple texts and received no replies. Are they even in business still because if so, this is not the way to conduct it? We've moved on, shame because family member used them and said the work was impeccable.
We reached out to Innovative Closets as we were looking to redo our master closet for myself as my wife has her own dressing closet and also redo a food pantry in our basement. Luis was prompt at responding and came by our home to walk through various options with us. His years of experience definitely helped as for my wife and I are more visual people.
