Design phase went well. After that it was not very good. They made multiple mistakes like not checking cabinet inventory before delivery resulting in a missing cabinet to not remembering we had a garbage disposal. The cabinet issue led to the installer flipping out on the project manager in my lawn embarrassing me and he also left a large pile of trash in my front yard.
