I have nothing but great things to say about Innovative Builders. They were able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate. They started the project not long after. Mark did an awesome job. He repaired a section of the concrete in my basement and repaired the steps and a wall in the basement as well. Mark was very personable and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about the great work Mark and his team did for us over the past year. We worked with Mark on three home projects during that time. We worked with Mark to convert the unfinished loft area above our garage into my wife’s dream closet. Mark’s team finished the room, installing insulation, drywall, a mini-split HVAC system, electrical, lighting and painting.
