Innovative Builders have been outstanding to work with over the past 5+ years. Responsive, knowledgeable, timely, and good cleanup after the job. Great owners, great crew - highly recommend.
I purchased a home with an addition completed by Innovative Builders. Over the course of two years, I attempted to work with Jushade to fix a leak in the roof of the new addition to no avail. After about five attempts over two years by Jushade to "fix" the problem, I resigned to hire another company to address the leak. I would not recommend Innovative Builders due to their poor craftsmanship.
Had them tear off an existing deck and put on a new one. I’m so impressed. Jushade texted me everyday to update progress and to make sure I was happy. Definitely recommend.
Purchased a home that had an addition put on prior to our purchase from Jim Hudson in June of 2021. Roof of the addition started leaking the first month we took possession. Jushade came to do some caulking but never returned to redo the flashing. Water came in through the roof into the new drywall ceiling seems. We have called and left messages many times with no response. I wouldn't hire someone who won't stand behind their work less than 6 months after completion. Run, don't walk from this "builder."
The only thing Innovative about this company is the VERY poor quality workanship they do. Also, another INNOVATIVE idea is not answering the phone or returning calls . DO NOT hire this company ,you will be VERY disappointed to say the least. Eventually they'll run out of customers. The sooner the better.
