My daughter has attended the kids class for a few months and really has loved it. She has gained confidence and strength too!
My son has been attending boxing classes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about helping kids develop their skills in a safe and encouraging environment.
I found Innovative Boxing as I was looking for a cardio boxing facility and found a great one. I enjoyed meeting all the friendly members and extremely helpful staff. Prior to joining I'd had back surgery and needed modifications which they were quick to provide, I also had a knee issue arise which ended up being the combination that derailed me from being able to continue my cardio program. Great stuff over here at innovative. Good size gym, active amateur team, always someone to spar, and the coaches are always in there helping out and correcting peoples form
