Paul's inspection of our flooding St. Cloud home helped us identify what was going on in our basement, and we were able to find a nearby pipe leak! We didn't end up needing the AquaStop product thanks to their help, but I can definitely recommend them for excellent service!
I was picking between two companies and I am really glad I went with Innovative Basement Authority. Charlie came out to do the estimate and it was a complete pleasure. He was so helpful! Then a couple weeks later Devon A and Duke S did the work and it was an amazing job! Everything was cleaned up and the walls looked perfect!!!

Dustin Latterell came out to do a service appointment on the steel beam setup I have in my basement. He was extremely thorough, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained what he all did and why, in detail. The service fee felt like a lot of money at first, but after getting such a comprehensive understanding of what was all done and why it felt worth the investment to have the peace of mind that everything is working as it should.
