I hope mine is a unique experience but I have been incredibly disappointed with Innovative Basement Authority essentially every step of the way after I signed the contract for a new sump and discharge line. (This was after they missed the basement leak I actually called them about. I called another company to do a reassessment of the same area I flagged to the service tech at IBA, and the other company rep. promptly identified the leak and solution. Dion and Tomas did a great job at my house. Arrived and completed work on time. Everything is clean and high quality.
Came out and gave me two estimates. One to jack up my basement from the outside and one from the inside. The outside quote was around $5,200. The inside quote was around $3,800. I tried to call them, left a message and didn’t hear back from them. I never heard from them until a couple of weeks later when I called again. I was also told that they would match other bids and when I gave then another bid from a separate contractor they said they would match it because we wasn’t their same caliber. Ricky came today and was amazing! Joked with us and made me feel comfortable with him being there. My Grandchildren were laughing, as myself was, at every joke he made. Couldn't have asked for a more better tech man! Was absolutely very thorough, and explained everything in detail, when I had a question. Highly recommend.
Jeff came out to consult about my driveway. He walked me through their process and types of materials the company uses. Overall, great learning experience and price! I flip homes and to learn this company offers warranty transfers to new owners is amazing! Very happy with the visit I had today and look forward to the scheduled work.
