Always great service from a crew that cares about your vehicle. Josh cares about getting your service done right. He just seems to know what questions to ask when determining any issues with your vehicle. Any service is done quickly, and without those "hidden or surprise" finds. Turn around time is really good, the cost is affordable, and the auto knowledge is spot on. Thanks to Josh and crew, I'm a happy camper (& so is the missus).
I have had two good experiences at Innovative Auto Repair, and wanted to leave a quick review to reflect this. The first was just an AC recharge where I was having issues doing it myself. This was done perfectly. The latest one was having all fluids (transmission, transfer case, oil) replaced in an ancient Honda that is still going strong. Anytime I take the Honda to a new place I brace myself for being taken advantage of due to the car's age/mileage making me an easy target.
