My older Nissan Pathfinder overheated just south of Kingman while we were on a roadtrip. It turned out that we were very lucky choosing to have Innovative Auto Repair fixing the issue. Pricing was very fair and the shop did what they said they would in a timely manner. Josh is a true gentleman, very honest and accommodating in a sticky situation. Compliments.
The mechanics at Innovative Auto appear to know what they are doing. The General Manager Josh gives great customer service, he’s friendly and knowledgeable and seems to really care about getting his customers back on the road safely and as efficiently as possible. Thank you for all your hard work, Josh, Kody and Chris.
My husband has taken his truck to this place twice and both times it took almost a month for truck. Still waiting. Said they would call by this week. Still no call, still have no truck. Don’t know how much repairs will be? All these stellar reviews. If you are a local I am assuming you’re one of the lucky ones. Kingman is just a terrible place for medical services and Automotive repairs. Save your money for Vegas or Phoenix. More options and more people that are actually good at their jobs.
